What is yoga:

Yoga means union – to merge our Individual Consciousness (Soul) with Universal Consciousness (Spirit). It is an accessible practice for every body of any age. A true way of living, of breathing, of being. The practice of yoga helps us to connect to our inner most truth, to increase awareness and concentration while strengthening and discovering balance, all of which will resonate off the matt and into our daily lives.

Yoga teaches us to be in the NOW moment and enables us to release and heal from all that no longer serves us while expanding our awareness, bringing us into a state of clarity, peace and bliss.
